How it works

Simple from day one.

Assessment & Onboarding

A KeptKey team member visits your property, walks through every detail, and covers everything needed to get your STR market-ready — staging, setup, licensing, and platform strategy. After the walkthrough, we provide a season-dependent nightly pricing range based on your furnishings and location.

Prepare & Photograph

Once your home is furnished and you give us the green light, we schedule professional photography — typically within 10 days depending on the rental season. Photos are delivered within 48 hours. We build out your listing within a few hours of receiving them. From photography complete to listings live is about one week.

Pricing and Marketing

Your nightly pricing range is set after the initial walkthrough and refined once listings go live. Dynamic pricing tools actively adjust your rates based on demand, seasonality, and local market data — keeping you competitive from day one.

Ongoing Operations

We handle everything — guest communication, cleaning, maintenance, restocking, and reviews.

You Collect the Returns

Receive transparent monthly earnings statements and watch your investment perform. We earn our percentage when you earn — that's the only way we do business.
